Sunflowers Bloom Early This Year

The sunflowers are opening their faces earlier this year. This is in part to a warm June and some premium compost that we added to the soil this year. They are taller, stronger, and thicker! I estimate over a hundred sunflowers in just a square foot!!! Multiply that by 42,000 square feet and what do you get? A magnificant sunflower garden wedding! Check us out…you’ll be glad you did!

Why Sunflowers Bloom for Wedding Site. STRESS!

Sunflowers are amazing.  They bloom from stress.  When you don’t water them they bloom.  Not exactly what we as humans do….in fact, far from it!  The sunflowers in our garden are about waist high and they are beginning to form heads.  It won’t be long until they will break out in a beautiful field of yellow flowers.  I’m looking forward to that day!  I’ll keep you posted.
